The Scientific and Technical Centre of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade “Khimvest” held a seminar on measures of state support for industrial enterprises. The main topic for discussion was current government support measures: SPIC 2.0, KPPK, support measures for the EDF, measures implemented by the REC State Committee and the specifics of their application.

The moderator of the meeting, Igor Lyashkov, Deputy Director of FGUP  Khimvest, told the participants about the measures implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to support industrial enterprises.

He paid special attention to the SPIC 2.0, as Khimvest and the Fund for Industrial Development are the expert organizations for this measure of support.

Sergei Lagutin, an expert of the Industrial Policy Department of the Industrial Development Fund, spoke about the scheme for obtaining SPIC and named important features for companies at each stage.

During the discussion, participants noted that the most urgent need for government support is in the areas of transportation and export of various products.

The seminar was held as part of the 18th International Exhibition of Laboratory Equipment and Chemical Reagents Analytics Expo 2020.
