Round table “Government Support Measures. Chemistry. Saratov Region Industrial Growth Points” will be held on November, 13th, 2020 in the building of Saratov Region Government. 

The event is organized by the FSUE “Scientific and Research Center “Khimvest” of Minpromtorg of Russia with the support of the Government of the Saratov region.

The event will be attended by:

Elena Demidova, Referent of the Chemical Industry Division of the Department of Chemical and Technological Complex and Bioengineering Technologies of Minpromtorg of Russia.

Andrey Arkhipov, Minister of Industry and Energy of the Saratov Region.

Yulia Shvakova, Minister of Economic Development of the Saratov Region.

Marina Krupchak, Director of the Saratov Region Industrial Development Fund.

Alexander Khrapugin, Director of the ANO “Saratov Region Export Support Center”.

Alexander Marchenko, Director of the JSC “Saratov Region Development Corporation”.

The main issues to be discussed will be the promotion of energy-efficient, environmentally-friendly industrial production in the region and improvement of investment attractiveness, promotion of interregional and international cooperation ties, as well as the promotion of products of chemical industrial enterprises of the region to the markets. In addition, participants will discuss government support measures, subsidies, preferential lending, tax incentives and the improvement of personnel training.

The main objective of industrial development in the Saratov region today is to ensure stable growth rates of industrial production through the development, creation and mastering of modern innovative technologies, production of high-tech items that are competitive in the global and internal markets, and implementation of investment projects.

Scientific and Technical Center “Khimvest” monitors and analyses internal and world production of chemical products, advises on government support measures, develops cooperation between chemical industry organizations and government agencies.
